booking policy.

Please consider your fellow diners and arrive on time for your booking. Likewise please respect your designated time slot so we can ensure the next diner a similar experience - if you would like to stay on over your reservation time we will let you know if the table is required or if there’s another space you can move to.

To secure your booking we will be asking for a card authorisation of £10pp or deposit (more details inc. as you make your booking). Of course we understand things come up, but we please ask you to let us know with at least 12 hours notice if you want to cancel your booking. If you are running late, that’s ok, and we can hold your table for 15 minutes before we offer it to someone else.

tasting booking policy.

Tasting tickets are non-refundable. If for any reason you can’t come, please let us know as soon as possible and you can either offer it to a friend, or change the date for a cancellation fee of £5 per booking.

If you would like to change the date, please contact us via hello@unwinedbars.co.uk and we will share with you a unique code to rebook tickets via our website to a date that suits you.

We will need to have a minimum of 8 for each tasting, if we don’t meet the minimum we’ll be in touch with you in advance to let you know - and we’ll happily refund or reschedule your tickets.

supperclub booking policy.

Tickets are refundable up until 48 hours before the event, at which point you can move them to another date.
