This showcases the often forgotten grape Pais alongside ancient grape Carignan. A collaboration between an importer and winemaker Luca Hodgkinson. All fruit is sourced from old, dry-farmed Chilean vineyards planted on their own root-stock. Unfiltered and unfined.
