This is the tale of how one man's trash is another’s treasure as the Riesling in this wine was due to be discarded!

At the same time as this discovery (and saving the soon to be discarded Riesling grapes), a rag & bone van parked up outside his house calling for any old iron etc. This inspired the label which reflects a collection of discarded items which together make up an eclectic assortment greater than the sum of its parts.

The twist here is this is a bone dry classic Aussie riesling, if you have only tried sweet Rieslings before then be prepared to be amazed!!
