Ruth and Charles Simpson’s Kent winery embraces the Champagne varietals, this is their foray into still Chardonnay. They started out in 2016 after their success in the South of France, and whilst they specialised in sparkling wines to begin with their still chardonnays and pinot noirs are receiving lots of acclaim! The Chardonnay goes through malolactic fermentation, and is aged on its lees to add texture.
