Held Monday nights, 7pm at Unwined in Waterloo.
If you ever wanted to understand a bit more of what’s in your glass, this is the class for you!
Over 6 lessons we’ll get to grips with 20 key grape varieties, tasting old versus new world styles.

You’ll take away with you the confidence to name the most popular international grapes and their key characteristics. As you progress through the course you’ll also have collated a folder with fact sheets of the grapes and tasting notes for the examples you taste.
Course plan:
WEEK 1 - The Grape Essentials - Intro to wine & how to taste
WEEK 2 - The Big Five with History lesson
WEEK 3 - The Floral & Aromatic with Design lesson
WEEK 4 - The Sun-lovers with Science lesson
WEEK 5 - The Odd-bods with Mathematics lesson
WEEK 6 - Sweet & Fizzy with Home Ec + Exam/Graduation
Enrolment options:
upfront payment of £200 for full course (inc. £50 non-refundable deposit)
£50 non-refundable to secure, £25 each class after
The enrolment fee includes all materials, wine and tuition of the course.
We host the course over 12 weeks, on Monday nights at 7pm.
Normally there’s a class every other week but might change depending on bank/school holidays.
