This fab 'Prosecco’ from La Jara cannot be technically called Prosecco as it’s pink! We don’t care if it's not legal, it's delicious!
The only grape currently allowed in Prosecco is local grape Glera, which is a white grape. The pink colour comes from the local red Raboso grape which this producer has ‘illegally’ added in order to get this beautiful pink colour.
