‘No Fine Print’ is an exciting project from legendary American music veterans Pat Corcoran and Tim Smith. Pat wanted to create a wine that he could share with restaurants in his native Chicago, and in 2018 his ‘hobby’ started to gain serious traction, with the UK becoming the first export market in 2022. From the Lodi region in California, luckily it’s at the spot where there is a gap in the mountains, letting in Californias famed coastal fogs to reach this inland region. It means that this US Cab Sauv would typically be big, rich and ripe, but the cooling fogs have very much helped to make an easy going and even fresh Cab instead!
